Angus Young Came Up with “Highway to Hell” on the Toilet

Do you have any idea what inspired ANGUS YOUNG to come up with the AC/DC classic “Highway to Hell”?

Turns out it was a trip to the JOHN.

In a new interview with Apple Music, Angus says he and his brother MALCOLM came up with the music first.

Then nature called. And, at some point in the process, inspiration struck.

He says, quote, “I was in the toilet and I was there and I’m sitting and thinking.

“And I’m just sitting on the throne, more or less, and then I go, ‘I think I’ve got it.  I’ve got it.  I’ve got it.  I’ve got the idea in my head.’  And then I came in there and I said, ‘I’ve got it.  ‘Highway to Hell’.”

I can’t help but wonder what he had to eat that caused that kind of unforgettable bathroom experience?!?!
