The MadRocktober “Rides & Ribs” Bike Show (Saturday, October 21st, 2023) – features FIVE different classes. While we’re aware that there is great debate in the motorcycle community on what some of these class definitions SHOULD be, we’re sticking with the way more simplistic definitions below for this FUNDRAISING event:
- Classic (1998 Models & Older)
- Stock (Bikes Still In Unaltered Factory Condition)
- Custom (Bikes Altered From Its Factory Condition)
- Rat (If You Have To Ask, Then You Probably Don’t Have One)
- People’s Choice (All Paid Entries Are Eligible For This Award)
You’re allowed to enter your bike in ONE of the 4 primary classes – ALL paid entries are automatically eligible for the “People’s Choice” class.
We’re also allowing you to simply bring your motorcycle & show it off if you don’t want to pay to enter the contest, or your bike doesn’t really fit any of the classes. However, if you choose the ‘Show Only’ option, you are not eligible to win any of the awards/prizes available to the paid entries.
BIKE SHOW ENTRY FEES:
Advance Registration – $15 for Veterans / $20 for Non-Veterans
“Day Of” Registration – $20 for Veterans / $30 for Non-Veterans
To register for the Bike Show in advance, please fill out the form below (deadline for Advance Registration is 11:59pm CDT on Thursday, October 19th, 2023). Payment is due on the day of the event (Check, Cash or Credit Card), but you’re encouraged to pay in advance. To pay online using your credit/debit card, please contact the VFW Post 2772. Please make checks payable to VFW Post 2772.
The MadRocktober “Rides & Ribs” fundraiser benefits the VFW Post 2772 — located at 1707 Baker Road in Sherman, TX — and is sponsored by Heritage Butchery & Barbecue in Denison. Join us for the Bike Show from 10am-2pm! The winners will be announced at 3pm.
