Forbes got together with industry experts to determine the top five most valuable music catalogs.  Here they are:

1.  John Lennon and Paul McCartney,  $500 million.

2.  Michael Jackson,  $375 million.

3.  Rodgers and Hammerstein,  $350 million.

4.  Bob Dylan,  $325 million.

5.  Paul Simon,  $250 million.
