Texas Governor Greg Abbott Speaks at Sherman Mayor’s Economic Roundtable (9/19/23)

Sherman Mayor David Plyler hosted his 2nd Annual Mayor’s Economic Roundtable yesterday, Tuesday 9/19/23, at Kidd-Key Auditorium. The Keynote Speaker for the event was Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

During his discussion with Texas State House Representative, District 62, Reggie Smith, Governor Abbott talked about property taxes, state income taxes, the exploding population growth across the state and other topics. Here’s a 3 minute video, featuring some of Governor Abbott’s keynote remarks:
