Success of Bohemian Rhapsody Brings Out The Biopics

The enormous success of the Queen biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody” was a bit of a shock to most. Who would have dreamed a music biopic could reach the level of success that this film has achieved? Well, like with any successful product, once you see one, you will see more! That is exactly what you can expect to see in 2019. A whole slew of new music biopics are scheduled for release or production this year, but can they do the same to capture “lightning in a bottle” like Bohemian Rhapsody did? Look for films about Motley Crue, Elton John, Journey, The Beatles and possibly the Who drummer Keith Moon.
