Lars Ulrich has heard and read it all. And, honestly, he does not care what you think of him anymore.
In a new interview with Metallica’s So What! fan magazine, Ulrich says that he is no longer phased by criticisms of him and the band.
Ulrich said that critiques of his drumming skills don’t even “register” anymore and that he is now comfortable with himself.
Lars did admit that he went through a period of self-doubt in the mid-80s, saying, “I felt sort of compelled to try to show ability.”
