Date Announced For Ronnie James Dio Celebrity Bowling Tournament

This year’s Bowl for Ronnie celebrity tournament will be held on Thursday, November 16th in Studio City, California, organizers have announced.
The annual event, which is hosted by Eddie Trunk, gives fans an opportunity to bowl alongside some big names in music. It also features a raffle for prizes and memorabilia, as well as plenty of food and drink. All proceeds benefit the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund. Tickets are $75 per person, or $2,250 for a premiere package that includes VIP party passes, a private bowling lane, and free T-shirts, pizza and bowling shoe rentals, organizers say.
Although this year’s lineup has not yet been announced, some of the artists who have appeared at previous Bowl for Ronnie events include Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl; Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello; Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora; Guns N’ Roses’ Steven Adler; Tenacious D’s Jack Black; and Violence’s Phil Demmel.
