Happy 34th birthday to Alice Cooper’s 1986 comeback album Constrictor. After a brief break for music Alice roared back into the public eye with a new band and a new sound. The last couple of records Cooper released were largely experimental, but this was different. This would be Alice’s first proper “rock” record in several years, and fueled by the single “He’s Back (The Man Behind the Mask) and the success of Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives, for which it was written, it was clear that Jason wasn’t the only one who was “back”.
