  1. The dashboard touch screens in most modern cars run up to 14 times more code than a Boeing 787.
  2. Only two women have ever tried to assassinate a U.S. president and both of them went after Gerald Ford within three weeks of each other in 1975.
  3. Only two people have sold 100 million albums worldwide as a solo artist AND 100 million as part of a group – Paul McCartney and Phil Collins.  Some sources are add Michael Jackson to this group, but while The Jackson 5 sold over 100 million “records” including singles, they sold less than 50 million full “albums.”
  4. Lee County in Virginia is so far west that it’s closer to eight other state capital cities than it is to Richmond.  It’s closer to the capitals in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
  5. Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada is the only school outside of the U.S. that competes in the NCAA.  They’re a Division Two school in 16 sports, including basketball and soccer.  They also had football up until last year.
