The band was being sued for allegedly stealing the song’s intro from a 1967 song called “Taurus” by the band Spirit.
On Monday, the Court declined to hear the case, upholding a prior jury verdict that ruled in favor of Zeppelin. The decision sets legal precedent for future cases involving accusations of plagiarism.
