Elon Musk’s latest project? A giant battery for the Texas power grid.
One of Musk’s Tesla companies, Gambit Energy Storage, is working on a 100-megawatt battery that could power up to 20,000 homes during the peak summer period.
The news comes after last month’s tragic power grid failure, that left millions of Texans without power during a historic winter storm.
