Ten Things That Help Us Wake Up

If you always feel groggy when it’s time to wake up, you might just need to go to bed earlier. But something on this list could also help. Someone polled a bunch of people and asked what they do to feel more awake each morning.

Here are the top ten tricks:

1.  Drink coffee.

2.  Take a hot shower.  Or if you really need to wake up, a COLD shower.

3.  Force yourself out of bed as soon as your alarm goes off.

4.  Do some stretching.

5.  Open a window.

6.  Go for a walk.

7.  Make your bed.

8.  Exercise.

9.  Have a glass of juice.

10.  Put some music on (a.k.a. listen to Mad Rock 102.5)
