Ronnie James Dio ‘Would’ve Loved’ Reference In ‘Stranger Things’

Ronnie James Dio’s widow says her late husband “would’ve loved” the Dio reference in the current season of Stranger Things. The character Eddie Munson is seen rocking a denim jacket with a Dio patch on the back. Wendy Dio says she donated several vintage pieces of Dio gear after producers reached out to her about licensing it for the show. She told Loudwire Nights the cameo was “wonderful”, adding “Ronnie would’ve been so… he would’ve loved that”.
