From online workout classes, painting, learning a foreign language, to sewing, computer coding, and yes, even juggling people are finding ways to add to their repertoire. A 2018 study found that engaging in learning can help to insulate or “buffer workers from detrimental effects of stress”. meaning not only can learning something new help you expand personally, it can help your productivity at work as well.
