Go ahead #MadRockNation, grab that drink (or two) you’ve been dreaming about all day at work!
According to a new study out of the University of Georgia, doing a little bit of drinking every day is GOOD FOR YOU.
The researchers found that people who have one or two drinks a day were 29% less likely to show signs of mental decline as they got older than people who never drink.
So if you have somewhere between eight and 15 drinks a week, according to the researchers, it might mean good things for your brain.
