Gene Simmons Selling His Beverly Hills Mansion

With the holiday season just months away, Gene Simmons is offering the ultimate gift for that diehard KISS fan in your life — providing you have a lot of money to spare.
The bassist has placed his 16,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $22 million. That price will get the lucky buyer seven bedrooms, a 35-car parking garage, a 60-foot water slide, a professional tennis court and “lavish” amenities, according to Douglas Elliman Realty.
If $22 million is a bit steep for you, Simmons is also selling his three-story home in Hollywood Hills for considerably less: $2.2 million.
