David Gilmour & Roger Waters Are Fighting…Again!
Pink Floyd may be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the release of “Dark Side of the Moon” in March 2023, but I don’t think there’s enough time left in the Universe to heal these wounds!
So, if you’re somehow still holding on to a sliver of hope for a reunion of the original members of Pink Floyd, it’s probably best to just let that hope shrivel up & die.
David Gilmour and Roger Waters are at each other’s throats…again…and this time it’s nothing short of vicious.
David’s wife Polly Samson started it, Tweeting to Roger that he’s, quote, “anti-Semitic to your rotten core.”
She also called him, quote, “a Putin apologist and a lying, thieving, hypocritical, tax-avoiding, lip-synching, misogynistic, sick-with-envy, megalomaniac.”
David added fuel to the fire be re-Tweeting her and adding, quote, “Every word demonstrably true.”
Roger’s team posted a reply on Instagram, saying, quote, “Roger Waters is aware of the incendiary and wildly inaccurate comments made about him on Twitter by Polly Samson which he refutes entirely. He is currently taking advice as to his position.”
Ouch!
