Billy Squier Releases 1st Song In 25 Year

A quarter of a century after he released his last album, Billy Squire has returned with a brand new song.
“Harder on a Woman” features a who’s who of musicians backing Squire, with Hall and Oates’ G.E. Smith on guitars, Bad Company’s Simon Kirke on drums and longtime Squire collaborator Mark Clarke on bass.
Despite Squire’s return to the studio, fans shouldn’t expect a new album from the rocker anytime soon, he says. “I’m not making grandiose plans,” Squire says. “But I can tell you I have my radar a little more tuned for points of inspiration. I would have no trouble at all going back in and cutting some more stuff.”
