Big Dave’s 5 Nuggets Of Knowledge For Your Noggin’ – (3/22/22)

Here are Big Dave’s 5 Random Facts for your Tuesday – March 22nd, 2022. Let’s learn something together:

  1. The world produces enough food to feed everyone on the planet . . . but the problem is distribution.  About 821 million people are considered to be “chronically undernourished,” particularly in Africa and South America.
  2. This is more relevant now than it probably should be:  A failed Constitutional amendment in 1916 would’ve given Americans a vote on whether or not to go to war.  And people who voted “yes” would be required to enlist.
  3. The “E” in Wile E. Coyote stands for Ethelbert.
  4. More than half of your body is not human.  Only about 43% of your cells are human cells . . . the rest are microscopic organisms living inside of you.
  5. New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, gave birth in 2018.  She’s only the second elected world leader EVER to give birth while in office . . . the first was Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Benazir Bhutto, in 1990.

Be sure to use one of these little tidbits in your life this week!
