- Even though Nevada is most famous for its legalized gambling, it doesn’t have a lottery. Lotteries have been illegal in Nevada since the state’s constitution was ratified in 1864.
- There are 96 bags of poop, pee, and vomit on the moon. Astronauts from the Apollo missions left them there to reduce the weight of their shuttles, so they’d be able to bring back moon rocks and core samples.
