Prizes are always non-transferrable to another party. Employees of MAD ROCK and Next Media, past or present, their families, advertisers, principal employees, their families and employees of any other radio station or media company are not eligible. One winner per household of any prize (whether on-air or any other station-related promotion) for a 30 day period, unless a major prize winner, (valued at a thousand dollars or more) which is once every six (6) months.Any applicable taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the contest winner. Rules are subject to change without notice.In all contests on 1025KMAD.COM and on the air at 102.5 KMAD-FM, the decision of the judges is final!!When calling MAD ROCK, you automatically grant us the right to use your conversation with us, in whole or in part, on the air without further compensation.
